When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proposal submitted by the Government is pending in the Office of the Hon'ble Governor. 2.The Probation Officer also submitted a report, stating that the conduct of the prisoner is good.
3.Since no adverse remarks has been made by the Probation Officer and on earlier occasion, the Interim Bail granted, was extended, we are inclined to extend the Interim Bail for a further period of three months on the same condition as imposed in WMP.No.31581 of 2023.
4.Accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed, by extending interim bail for a further period of three months from 06.12.2024 to 06.03.2025.
