This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.26794 of 2024 by order dated 28.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the learned Principal Special Judge under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai - 104 on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, without fail.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 22 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.26794 of 2024 on 28.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
