This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.24079 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this case.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.No.24079 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore, on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
