The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect.

"I am not pressing this application. Hence, I may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to move before the trial Court for filing statutory bail."

In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty.
