This petition has been filed to order publication in an issue of Maalai Malar having circulation in Sathyamangalam for effecting notice on the third respondent, S.Palanisamy, 278, Lakshmipuram, Palani Post and Taluk.

2. Considering the fact that the notice sent to the 3rd respondent was not served, the appellant is permitted to take fresh notice to the 3rd respondent through substituted service by way of paper publication in Maalai Malar having circulation in Sathyamangalam on or before 09.12.2024 by indicating the hearing date on 12.12.2024.

3. Post the matter on 12.12.2024 for filing proof of service.
