ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the Bail condition as to direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.150 of 2025, and on such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, in which one surety must be a blood surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24899 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the other coaccused who were the main accused were released on bail without any condition to deposit the amount and the petitioner who ranked as A7 is not in a position to pay such a substantial amount and he is still in incarceration. Hence, the learned counsel seeks for necessary modification in the present petition. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. 4.Hence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.6 by this Court in in Crl.O.P.No.24899 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025 is modified as follows:-

"the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri and on further conditions that".

5. It is made clear that all the other conditions shall remain intact. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 26-09-2025 gbi Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
