O R D E R

The wife is the petitioner. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 31.08.2020. From the wedlock, a 1/4

child was born on 16.03.2022. The husband has initiated proceedings for divorce before learned Subordinate Judge at Lalgudi.

2. The respondent husband has been served but he has not entered appearance nor is he present in Court to oppose the application.

3. The petitioner is a permanent resident of Vandavasi. According to her, to travel from Vandavasi to Lalgudi and back takes her few hours and the distance is about 464 kms and therefore, she would have to traverse 464 kms.

4. Taking into consideration the inconvenience expressed by the wife, this Tr.C.M.P is allowed and the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2023 pending on the file of Sub-Court, Lalgudi is withdrawn and is transferred to the file of Sub-Court, Vandavasi at Thriuvannamalai District. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
