ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing further survives for passing orders in the Writ Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect.

"In view of the order passed in W.P.No.23272 of 2021 dated 25.07.2024 in respect of the very same subject matter, the above writ petition has become infructuous. Hence the above writ petition may kindly be dismissed as infructuous."

2. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
