ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.08.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 342, 114, 109, 120(b), 147, 148, 302 of IPC and 83(2) JJP Act, in Crime No.561 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This petitioner earlier moved a bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.24041 of 2025 dated 02.09.2025 and this Court by recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and also the order of the trial Court that the petitioner is a habitual offender and the Non-Bailable Warrant was issued and executed and it has been recorded by the trial Court that this is a third occasion petitioner has jumped bail. Since there is no change in circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail petition, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 22.09.2025 dna 2/4
