Comp.A.Nos.11, 12, 13 & 14 of 2022 in Comp.A.No.297 of 2021 & Comp.A.Nos. 2395, 2396 & 2397 of 2008 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J Learned counsel for the rival claimants submits that they are ready and willing to purchase not only 56.36 acres, which were brought for auction sale, but also the additional 14.58 acres at the proportionate consideration, as indicated in learned Administrator's report dated 22.11.2023. In the aggregate, he submits that the total consideration would be about Rs.2.53 crores. Since the highest bidder at the auction was Mr.N.Ramachandran, the applicants are permitted to serve notice privately on said Mr.N.Ramachandran specifying the next date of hearing as 28.02.2024.
