Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated on 07-10-2024 and issued patta in S.No 149/28 in Manalurpettai Village
in petitioner favor based on the recommendation send by the 3rd respondent Tahsildar, Thirukovilur send a recommendation in Ref No. Na.Ka.A1/409/2020 dated 25-02-2020, and the 2nd respondent send a recommendation to the 1st respondent on 08-2023 in Ref No.Na.Ka.A1/708/2020.

ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 07.10.2024 to issue patta in his name based on the recommendations of the respondents 2 and 3 dated 25.02.2020 and 08.2023, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that she has been residing in the housing situated in S.No.149/2, Manalurpettai Village for the past 30 years. She made a representation in the year 2019 to the District Collector seeking a patta based on G.O.Ms.No.318 dated 30.08.2019. Based on the said representation, the Tahsildar, Thirukovilur had conducted a survey along with the Surveyor and other revenue Officials in the year 2019 for the entire S.No.149/2. Based on the survey, the Tahsildar sent a recommendation in Ref.No.Na.Ka.A1/409/2020 dated 25.02.2020 to the 2nd respondent to issue patta to the petitioner and other residents in Survey No.149/2. The 2nd respondent sent a recommendation to the 1st respondent on 08.2023 in Ref.No.Na.Ka.A1/708/2020. Once again, a representation was given to the 1st respondent on 07.10.2024. However, the same has not been considered todate. Hence, she is before this Court.
4. Considering the limited nature of the relief, the writ petition is allowed and a Mandamus is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the
said representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2024, based on the recommendations of the respondents 2 and 3 and after hearing all the parties, pass a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
