ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.07.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) & 323 of IPC, in Crime No.371 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Earlier, the petitioner had moved a bail petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22979 of 2025 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 19.08.2025 on the ground that the petitioner is having 16 previous cases against him. There is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier bail petition.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 22.09.2025 dna 2/4
