2. This Court, vide order dated 10.03.2025 had issued certain directions to the respondents-Police with regard to filing of charge sheet.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-Police submitted that order of this Court dated 10.03.2025 has been complied with. The respondent-Police had filed the charge sheet before the learned Special Court for trial of Cases under SC/ST(PoA) Act, Cuddalore and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.12 of 2025.
