ORDER

The respondent filed counter affidavit, wherein it is stated that the respondent company has been paying the petitioner, his last drawn wages of Rs.5,557/- per month since the filing of W.P.No.1762 of 2018 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 12.06.2019 and the same is admitted by the petitioner.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner admitted that now the petitioner is receiving the last drawn wages and if there is any dispute in respect of the quantum of the amount it may be decided later.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested that the petitioner may be paid the last drawn wages, till the disposal of the writ petition and the learned counsel https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

appearing for the respondent also agreed for the same. 4.In view of the above, recording the said submissions this miscellaneous petition is closed.
