The transfer petition is filed to withdraw HMOP.No.1433 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
2. The petitioner married the respondent on 21.10.2018. She gave birth to a female child on 19.12.2020. Thereafter due to difference of opinion the petitioner left her matrimonial home. The petitioner would submit that thereafter the respondent filed HMOP.No.1433 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner would submit that she has to travel to Madurai to attend every hearings. Further, the respondent is not providing any maintenance to the petitioner and her minor child. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court seeking transfer.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the transfer petition is allowed. HMOP.No.1433 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
