ORDER
This application is filed by the applicant to implead him as defendant in the suit C.S.No.104 of 2025.
2. According to the applicant, he is the proper and necessary party to the suit, but without impleading him, the suit has been filed. Therefore, he filed this application.
3. The other side has no objection.
4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this application is allowed. The applicant is impleaded as the seventh defendant in the main suit.
