The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2022 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Tirupathur.
2. When the matter came up for admission on 16.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge at Tirupathur to state as to how long he requires to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2022.
3. The learned Subordinate Judge (FAC) at Tirupathur has sent a report stating that on 29.11.2024, the learned Subordinate Judge at Tirupathur has been transferred to Madurai and he has taken full Additional charge of the Subordinate Court on the same day. The report further states that as on 31.12.2024, as many as 2776 cases are pending. Now he is concentrating in disposal of more than five years old cases. Therefore, the learned Judge requests one year time to dispose of the said H.M.O.P.
4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge at Tirupathur, 2/4
Thirupathur District to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2022 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
