This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time in Crl.OP.No.24379 of 2023, by an order dated 20.10.2023, for deposit of a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of the District Revenue Officer, Thiruvallur District.

2.No representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel for the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended for deposit of Rs.20,000/- as directed in the order dated 20.10.2023 till 12.01.2024. Time is also extended for execution of sureties till that date. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
