When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, produced a Memo stating that, in the mediation, the parties have amicably settled the differences and started living together with effect from 30.01.2020. In view of the same, no further orders are required in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
