ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents to sanction and release the salary, allowances and other attendant benefits in terms of G.O.(Ms).No.293, Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dated 18.06.2021.

2. Heard, the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner was serving as Doctor under the 2nd respondent. As per G.O.(Ms).No.293, Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dated 18.06.2021, the special increments and allowances to the Medical officers were granted on acquiring higher qualifications.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2023 and pass orders in terms of G.O.(Ms).No.293, Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dated 18.06.2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
