1. The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that there are totally 64 unsecured creditors and notice was ordered by this Court to them. Out of 64 unsecured creditors, notice sent to unsecured creditors Nos.10,14,18, 19,24, 30, 32, 35, 36, 39, 44, 57, 58, 59, 62 and 64 returned unserved and hence, this application is filed to effect substituted service for the said unsecured creditors.

2. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this application is allowed as prayed for.

3. Post after four weeks before the Master.
