..Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Lr.No.AU/CCC/Orders/2019 dated 23.10.2019 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner for further continuance of service on par with other similarly placed Teaching Fellows on need basis as ordered, with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
