Respondents ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the interim injunction granted in O.A.Nos.897 and 898 of 2024 in favour of the applicant can be made absolute without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents to raise all objections before the arbitrator.

2. Only after this Court was satisfied that a prima facie case had been made out, this Court granted an order of interim injunction in favour of the applicant in O.A.Nos.897 and 898 of 2024. Since the applicant is having the benefit of interim orders in O.A.Nos.897 and 898 of 2024 since 26.11.2024 onwards and since the learned counsel for the respondents has also not raised any serious objection in making the interim injunction absolute, the interim injunction granted by this Court on 26.11.2024 in O.A.Nos.897 and 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., ab 898 of 2024 is made absolute and the applications are allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents to raise all objections before the arbitrator.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents in Arb. O.P. (Com. Div.) Nos.120 and 121 of 2025, seeks further time to file counter. Post the matter for counter and disposal in Arb. O.P. (Com. Div.) Nos.120 and 121 of 2025 on 26.03.2025.
