This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27678 of 2024 by an order dated 05.11.2024 passed by this Court to report before Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 25 days and investigation is completed in this matter. He would further submit that the respondent police has not yet filed the final report.

3.The condition in para no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27678 of 2024 on 05.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
