ORDER

This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representative of the deceased third defendant viz., Shanmugaraja as further defendant in the suit.

2. The applicants seek to implead one Annalakshmi, wife of the deceased Shanmugaraja as further respondent in the suit. Notice was directed to be served on the proposed respondent.

3. An objection was raised that there is also a son who has to be impleaded as further respondent in the suit. The learned counsel for the applicants to take necessary steps on this.

4. This application stands allowed. The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs is permitted to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint.
