This application has been filed seeking to refund the amount of Rs. 25,000/-, which has been paid twice as duty in O.P. No. 719 of 2022.

2. The original petition has been filed seeking probate. It had been granted by order dated 13.12.2023.

3. Registry has also put up a note that an additional Rs.25,000/- has been paid as duty.

4. Taking into consideration that fact, the amount is directed to be refunded either to the petitioner or to the learned counsel for the petitioner and either one of them may give proper acknowledgement. The application stands allowed.
