This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24080 of 2024 by order dated 03.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in S.C.No.171 of 2024 pending on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 30.01.2025.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24080 of 2024 vide order dated 03.10.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai, in connection with S.C.No.171 of 2024 on 30.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Sessions Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
