O R D E R

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that due to bifurcation of Districts, the property is now transferred from the jurisdiction of the Tahsildar, Thiruporur Taluk to the Tahsildar, Vandalur Taluk, with effect from 01.01.2020, and enquiry has been fixed on the representation dated 15.11.2019 made by the Petitioner at 11.00 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a.m. on 17.02.2020 before the Tahsildar, Vandalur Taluk and notice dated 05.02.2020 would be issued to the Petitioner and she has produced a copy of the same. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedies for any further relief, if such necessity arises in future, before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
