This application has been filed to amend the Original Petition as per the details given in the Judges Summons.

2.According to the applicants, the name and address the 1st respondent were wrongly mentioned as "Jerou Pathanki, No.2210, Opposite ISRO - LPSC, 80 Feet Road, HAL Stage 2 PO, Bangalore - 560 008" instead of "Jer Ram Mohan, Flat No.1, Eversleigh Court, Eversleigh Road, London N31 JB, United Kingdom" and the name of the 2nd respondent was also wrongly mentioned as "Kavitha Karishma Koka" instead of "Koka Kavitha Karishma. Therefore, this application has been filed to amend the Original Petition. 3.There is no representation for the respondents. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to entertain the present amendment petition.
