ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to take further investigation based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.12.2019.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after enquiry, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 04.01.2020.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that so far no enquiry has been conducted and without conducting any enquiry, the respondents have closed the petitioner's complaint and no intimation was served on the petitioner.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to send intimation with regard to the closure of the complaint to the petitioner by RPAD within a week from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
