This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned District Munsif, Tambaram, to process the copy application of the petitioner in G.No.787 of 2024 and to furnish the certified copy Judgment in O.S.No.91 of 2002.

Mr.Prabakar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/plaintiff had filed a suit in O.S.No.91 of 2002 seeking for mandatory and permanent injunction and the same was decreed on 13.12.2002. Thereafter, the petitioner/plaintiff had filed a copy application in G.No.787 of 2024 on 26.06.2024 and since the date of the document was not mentioned in the copy application, it was returned on 30.06.2024 directing the petitioner to mention the date of the document. Thereby, the petitioner had mentioned the date of the document and represented the same on the very same day, however, till date, the application has not been considered by the Court concerned. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. On perusal of records, this Court finds that the copy application, which was filed by the petitioner on 26.06.2024, represented on the compliance of return dated 30.06.2024 has not been considered by the District Munsif Court, Tambaram so far.

In view of the above, a direction is issued to the learned District Munsif, Tambaram to consider the copy application filed by the petitioner in G.No.787 of 2024 and process the same, as expeditiously as possible as per law, preferably, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. 03.02.2025 Index : Yes / No ham To : The District Munsif, Tambaram.
