C.M.P.No.32 of 2025 in A.S.S.R.No.160543 of 2024 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J.

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 742 days in filing the Appeal in A.S.S.R.No.160543 of 2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that even though the Defendants 11 to 13 filed written statements disputing the claim of the Plaintiff, they remained exparte before the trial Court.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 742 days in filing the Appeal is condoned on payment of Rs.1000/- to the Tamil Nadu legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
