This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.3 imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.13888 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15667 of 2023 dated 05.09.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice on any working day at 10.30a.m., till filing of the final report, and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
