Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in G.O.Ms.No.270, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (Election), dated 11.06.2004 passed by the first respondent and quash the same insofar as it relates to Town Panchayat is concerned, and consequently forbear the first respondent from interfering with the Constitutional right of the petitioner to function as the duly elected Chairman of the Council of the second respondent Town Panchayat as such, till the expiry of full five years period.
