This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report on the basis of the FIR in Crime No.104 of 2021 within a fixed time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in FIR in Crime 104 of 2021 registered under Sections 148, 294 (b), 324, 379, 420, 427 & 506 (2) IPC. FIR had been registered on 18.03.2021. In the FIR, six names of the accused had been given and also several others. Investigation to proceed in the manner known to law. It would only be advisable that the final report is filed on or before 31.01.2024.

4.Recording as above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
