Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the 1/4

order of this Court dated 04.11.2022 in W.P.No.2181 of 2019, etc and batch wherein the writ petitions are dismissed and requested to pass the same order. 2.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels and on perusal of the order of this Court in W.P.No.2181 of 2019, etc and batch, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to pass the same order in the present writ petition also.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Registry shall append a copy of the order in W.P.Nos.2181, 2183 to 2187, 2189, 19576, 19584, 19585, 19587 to 19591, 19593 & 19595 of 2019 dated 04.11.2022, along with this order.
