3. Since the petitioner herein is the requisitioning body and it is already impleaded in other connected writ petitions and writ appeals, the presence of the petitioner is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the above writ petition and list the writ petition after Christmas vacation.
