To bring on record Mrs.Mahalakshmi, as the legal representative of the deceased third appellant viz., Chinnaponnu @ Dhanalakshmi and rank her as 15th appellant in the above S.A.No.284 of 2014.

These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 98 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third appellant viz., Chinnaponnu @ Dhanalakshmi , to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed appellant/ Mrs.Mahalakshmi, as the legal representative of the deceased third appellant viz., Chinnaponnu @ Dhanalakshmi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent who submits that he has no serious objection in allowing these civil miscellaneous petitions.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
