2. By the aforesaid communication dated 01.02.2024, the petitioner's representation has been disposed of.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on the other hand submits that a copy of the same has not been furnished to the petitioner so far.

4. In view of the above, Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy against the order passed by the respondent in a manner known to law as there is a delay in implementing the order.
