ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 22.02.2023 in W.M.P.No.5028 of 2023 in WP.No.14328 of 2020.

2. According to both sides, now the respondents have come forward for registering the sale deed and registration is scheduled to be held on 13.03.2024. Such statement is recorded.

3. In view of their submissions, this Court is of the view that there is no violation of the Order of this Court on the part of the official respondents.
