On 02.02.2024, this Court had extended the time till 15.03.2024 to effect payment of deposit of further sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) and to execute the sureties.

Again, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought extension of time for complying the above conditions.

2.Accordingly, a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) may be deposited on or before 05.04.2024 and the balance Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) to be deposited on or before 03.05.2024. No further time will be granted.
