ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20841 of 2025, dated 27.07.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20841 of 2025 dated 27.07.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week (i.e., every Monday) at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.
