ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 3rd respondent to revoke the suspension order dated 21.09.2023 passed by the 6th respondent.
2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side.
3. On perusal of the records, the petitioner had worked as Clerk in the Rettanai Primary Agricultural Credit Society from 03.08.1990. The petitioner and others were involved in some irregularities while waiving of agricultural loan and Co-operative loan. Therefore, enquiry was conducted under section 81 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act and there are incriminating materials against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner was suspended from her service on 21.09.2023. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner also filed a revision under section 153 of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act before the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies and the same is pending. While pending the said revision, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot considered. 3/6
4. Therefore, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the 4th respondent is directed to pass orders on the revision filed by the petitioner under section 153 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
