ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No18765 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025, passed by this Court that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at

10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No18765 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
