This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 159 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment and decree dated 11.03.2024 in M.C.O.P.No.344 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Additional District Judge), Kallakurichi.

2. Mr.Amar.D.Pandiya, takes notice for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.B.Siva Kollappan takes notice for the fourth respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

5. Accordingly this Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
