(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) The learned counsel for the present petitioner submits that, the present petitioner is one of the Sthanigars and those Sthanigars have been appointed by the French Government by whom the territory was ruled where the present temple is located and therefore at times, the Temple administration used to get advice from the Sthanigar and some of the communication issued in this regard to the Sthanigar also had been produced before this Court.

2. In view of the prima facie, we feel that, this petition can be accepted and accordingly it is ordered.
