The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2023 to refund the registration fee and also direct to pay compensation for undue loss caused to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has given a representation dated 19.09.2023, seeking to refund the registration fees, and such representation is pending with the first to fifth respondents.
4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the first, second, third and fourth respondents would fairly submit that they will consider the said representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time. 3/6
5. In view of the above submission, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the first to fifth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2023, and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the seventh respondent,and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
