This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 20.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23827 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on every Monday till the completion of the trial.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
