[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Instant Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to produce the body of his daughter viz., Miss.Jansi Rani, aged 21 years and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
