This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.17713 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.21927 of 2023, by an order dated 08.11.2023, to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required.
